Having owned my own construction company the last 16 years, both in the Incline Village, NV area and greater Grass Valley, CA area, I have developed excellent interpersonal and sales skills. High Performance and complex multi-engine

WORK HISTORY:

May 2008 to Present:  Flying to build time every opportunity I can get from C152 to crop dusting to twins to skydiving at Sacramento Skydive. 

1990 to Present:                    Patrick Anderson Construction

All phases of construction including custom spec homes in 2002 and 2006.

Extensive concrete experience including airport runways and taxiways, foundation repairs, jacking up old homes and putting foundations under them, bridges, driveways, retaining walls.

1988-1990:                            Stan Olsen Aircraft Sales/Maintenance

Aircraft sales, aircraft ferry and delivery in CA, OR and NV (Cessna 152s to Cessna 421s--pressurized 210's, 210's 172, 182, 310, 320, Piper Cherokee, Piper Warrior, Beechcraft Travelaire). Disassembled aircraft for annuals and reassembled at completion. Installed new interior in a Cessna 150 and 421. Detailed aircraft. Basic mechanical work on a variety of aircraft.

1979-1992:         Job superintendent, foreman, laborer, concrete finisher, carpenter and painter under local contractors, including Kent Durden Construction, DMC Concrete and Tony Savelly Concrete.

Extensive concrete experience including residential, 144-unit condominium, sewer plants, foundations.

1974-1979:         Part-time construction laborer and equipment operator in high school.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma, Nevada Union High School (1979)

Some university and community college courses

Welding course

HOBBIES:  Spending time with family, adventure riding dirt bikes, flying my Cessna 152, golf, scuba diving, flying various aircraft and continuing my flight education.
