Director Flight Operations
– Dubai Our Client is a leading Aviation Services Company based in Dubai, UAE and will shortly be commencing a new operation with for the Tourism
Sector in Dubai, U.A.E. Key Personnel joining now will have the
opportunity to be involved in the initial start up team of this dynamic
new activity. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible
for: a) Continuous Development of Operations Manuals, Processes and
Procedures for sustainable AOC. b) Liaison with the Authority on all
operational matters and ensure compliance with the legislation at all
times c) Selection, promotion and performance management of flight crew to
achieve best results in a professional manner d) Together with the Chief
Pilot oversee introduction of additional routes and sites to be used by
Company Aircraft You will need to have proven success in: a) Strategic
leadership position in Flight Operations b) Development and implementation
of Flight Operations Processes and Procedures c) Negotiation, conclusion
and administration of contracts with service providers d) Leadership role
in operations management It is essential that you should currently hold a
DFO post, hold a CPL and ideally with C208 experience You will need to
have between 10 - 15 years total experience in Flight Operations of which
at least 5 years in a Director Flight Operations role. Prior work
experience in the UAE will be highly advantageous. The successful

Technical Manager – C 208 Float Plane Operation - Dubai
Our Client is a leading Aviation Services Company based in Dubai, UAE and will shortly be commencing a new operation with Cessna Caravan Float Plane for the Tourism Sector in Dubai, U.A.E. The first such operation in Dubai is already creating waves in its ever-expanding Tourism Sector.
Key Personnel joining now will have the opportunity to be involved in the initial start up team of this dynamic new activity.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
a) Develop and implement Maintenance Management System for all aircraft listed on the Company AOC
b) Monitor and improve Maintenance Management System in compliance with the Authority requirements
c) Coordinate with Authority approvals, exemptions, and concessions under the Maintenance Management System
You will need to have proven success in:
a) Implementation of a Maintenance Management System for the C208 Aircraft (current type rating)
b) Maintenance Planning and Logistics
c) Application of Quality Systems and Aviation Industry regulations
d) Primary point of coordination with the relevant authority on all related Maintenance matters
e) Management of maintenance staff and contractors
f) Technical Quality Management
g) Development and Implementation of Technical Process, Policies, and Procedures
You will have up to 10 years of total experience in maintenance of aircraft of which at least 5 years in a similar role. Prior work experience in the UAE will be highly advantageous.
